OUR STORY

Marinet - our coder - is a UP COPC GIS Candidate 2022 and Golden Key holder who assisted in data capturing where she was required to digitise and create a highly accurate dataset of buildings in a dense informal settlement using QGIS. She has Datacamp certificates Python, SQL and ESRI certificates in ARCGIS Online Basics and Geodatabase Topology.

Polly - our designer - is a GIBS Spirit of Youth graduate with over three years of experience in brand activations and retail; interacting effectively with 50+ diverse customers regularly. He is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other collaborative software and understands basic Python, C# and SQL programming.

Tsheamo - our writer - has experience using QGIS, InkScape, GeoDa and ArcGIS for map creation and data analysis purposes. She fluently speaks, reads and writes in English, Afrikaans and Sepedi. She is well equipped with the usage of MicroSoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel where she employed these in her former roles as a Librarian, Receptionist and Customer Care Assistant.
